Hi Everyone!
Friday time again already! I wish this weather would sort itself out! Hail, rain and howling winds have been the order of the day this week! My boots are out again, but I am refusing to wear the heavy winter woolies, so lots of light layering has been the solution.
For a little lift I have been wearing my new Lily perfume from Stella McCartney ,which has a nice summery floral fragrance! I always find perfume can be an instant mood booster and feel I'm missing something if I don't wear it!
On a different note the weather hasn't harmed my herbs, and they seem to be thriving in the pot! I spotted this lovely scissors online for chopping them.
While I was browsing , I also spotted these gorgeous gingham napkins on a roll. A great idea for all the bbqs and garden parties ahead! Well one can dream anyhow! For these and more fabulous other bits take a look here
Hope you all have a fantastic weekend and some nice weather to go with it! :)
Anne xx

The weather here is making me pout a little; cold, grey and a little ice cold rain to tp everything off with. And I need to paint outside darn it!
ReplyDeleteLets cross fingers for better weather soon! :-)
Sorry for the unpredictable weather. The scissors are so interesting, I'd love to get a pair!!!!

Those scissors are super cool...I've never seen them before. Also, the roll of napkins are the best idea ever! I love anything gingham! Sorry about that darn weather there. I hope it warms up soon!

Lucky you have herbs! The scissors are great, and I love, love, love the napkins on a roll. They appear to be pretty and convenient.
ReplyDeleteWe are seeing the sun here today! It seems to be coming out for a peek every other day. Your summery perfume makes me miss it (I haven't worn perfume since I moved to the country) Too many good smells to compete with, I guess? I have to find me a pair of those cool scissors!! And after seeing those cute napkins, I have to dig out some old gingham from the closet. Maybe my sis can sew me up something cute! Thanks for stopping by Sall's Country life and commenting, I enjoyed your cheer post!!
ReplyDeleteIt's been very hot here where I'm at. Spring is definitely here, itchy, sneezing, watery eyes. Summer is not too far away its been in the 90'sF. We get to about 120F in the summer, Hot!! I would love to have your weather here today makes it the more relaxing to stay and in and bake : ) The scissors are cool!
ReplyDeleteThose scissors would be perfect!! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe weather has been a little crazy , your herbs look great ! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love the roll of napkins. So handy.
ReplyDeleteYour herbs looks so great. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteOur weather is also not good. Much colder than in March, very odd and we have just had a hail storm as well. Thankfully not heavy enough to do much damage. I have a pair of those scissors. They work like a dream on small chillies, just hold the stalk and cut. No fiery fingers afterwards :) Diane
ReplyDeletevery beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLovely post
ReplyDeleteLately I have been looking for checked table cloths and covers. Thanks alot for sharing.
