Hope you are all enjoying your Thursday! I 've had a lovely relaxing morning sitting in the sun , drinking coffee and browsing interior magazines! Well we do have to make the most of it when it appears here!! As I was reading I came across some lovely images of outdoor lanterns and I love how much ambience they can add to a summer setting. I have a couple of lanterns already but I must add some more styles to my collection... Here are a few of my current favourites..

I purchased the large version of the porthole lanterns in marks and Spencer's I would recommend them I love the round shape. I look forward to using them outside rather than inside on my return.

How funny - I was just thinking about maybe getting out our lanterns (we are hoping to have a barbecue tomorrow!) I have some cream Moroccan ones which we didn't even use last year as the summer was so disappointing. I love your selection - the French Connection one is lovely - unusual. I love lanterns too--the 2nd picture is so peaceful! I have several lanterns but hardly ever use them--they're more for decorating. Love your finds--they're so unique!
