We spent a lovely afternoon strolling around Dublin Zoo recently. I used to bring the lads a lot when they were small but I hadn't been up there for a while since! We chose the perfect day weather wise for strolling around and I really enjoyed it:)
It has increased in size a bit since I visited last so it took a while to get around and see everything! Sarah really enjoyed the day as she had only been there once before on a school trip when she was smaller:)
I think the monkeys and the flamingoes were her favourites!
I think everyone enjoys an outing to the zoo whether young or old and I just wanted to include some of the lovely photos on my blog :) I hope you are all having a good week. I can't believe how fast the time is going at the moment!

ReplyDeleteI haven't been to the zoo recently - typical, as I live in Dublin! We did however, pay a visit to Fota Wildlife Park in Cork a few weeks ago and the rain LASHED down as we walked around. Still managed to have fun though! As a big Orla Kiely fan, have to say I love your bag:)

ReplyDeleteHow fun! We ♥ going to the zoo! Las Vegas has a zoo that isn't very good at all...real small and not very nice or fun. So we love when we go to California...San Diego has the best zoo! It's so awesome!

ReplyDeleteFirst thing I noticed also was the shoes you wore. Wedges are pretty comfortable for me, but I don't know that I could have braved the height of that heel for a zoo walk. You're always so stylish.
I love going to the zoo!!! It is so much fun there but in the same time I feel pity for these animals... Anyway, loved your pictures, esp the one with with the lazy tiger!!!:))

We took our son to aquarium 2 weeks ago and in September we hope to visit the Zoo, I haven't been in a zoo for many years, hoping to see flamingos next time : )
