Morning all!
After a blast of sunshine over the weekend the temps are back to normal and I 'm continuing my series on transitional pieces you may have or could buy to wear over the next few weeks. Whilst doing a little pinning the other day I came across the lovely photo above. The styling of the jacket looks so effortless and paired with long boots and black bag it becomes a gorgeous chic Autumn look!

Now I thought I had missed out on purchasing one of these jackets from the S/S range, but whilst shopping in Cork at the weekend I found this beauty on sale in Zara and in my size:) I snapped it up straight away and it will come in so useful over the next few weeks when the weather gets cooler. Having a look around I think this style will be here for a long while as I spied some gorgeous heavier jackets and one longer coat version which immediately went on my A/W wishlist!
I don't have a photo of me wearing it yet. One of my photographers is lapping up the sun in Spain and my other little lady is out for the count in bed this morning!. I intend to style it with my blue jeans or skinny trousers and boots to extend the use well into A/W.
Hope you all have a good day:)
Anne xx

ReplyDeleteI love theses Chanel style jackets and I bought a similar Zara one (unlined) to take to London for my Olympic weekend - it was so warm I hardly wore it (and it's in the sale now!) but as you say great for early autumn. Glad you got a good bargain though.

ReplyDeleteAnne I love this style! I have a very similar jacket that I'm going to use as "transitional item". It has three-quarters sleeves though and I must figure out how to match it properly. A big hug!
