Hope everyone had a good weekend:) I 'm exhausted today after a lovely but busy few days! I may also have drunk gallon loads of tea and coffee which helped immensely in getting rid of my dreadful cold!
Friday night we had Conor's debs ball and I must say he looked very dapper in his suit. His lovely date for the evening wore a gorgeous midnight blue dress.
On Saturday I brought my mum home to Cork, she has been with me for five weeks due to one thing and another so I'm really going to miss her company now! She actually got all her Christmas shopping done while she was here so I think she went home happy after all:)
It was a lovely sunny weekend down in Cork and as we were only staying overnight I packed very little, but I did bring my parka jacket which is great to layer with a scarf and jumper in colder weather :)

ReplyDeleteI didn't see them in Cork Helen... they have a heavier version with a fur hood:) Mine was early Autumn stock and they reduced them afterwards.
DeleteLove the boots Ann, Saw them in Dunnes on Saturday and thought of you, as I think you had them on in another pic.I fancied the wine ones. I am also loving your china cups and saucers,they are so pretty but a cup would never be enough tea for me.I would have to have the tea pot right beside the cup...lol. I must get myself come china mugs.Spied some in Woodies of all places!!

We are relaxing here today as it is a public holiday in lieu of the 11th being on a Sunday. We also had a hectic weekend. I should have just stayed in bed a bit longer this morning I think as I am still half asleep :-) Keep well Diane
